All orders are shipped from our HQ in Sydney.
In-stock items are dispatched within 1-3 business days via Australia Post, DHL or local courier.
Pre-Order items will always have an estimated date of dispatch on the order page, and will be sent within 1-3 business days of coming into stock.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with link to tracking once order has been fulfilled.
Local pickup is available from Darlinghurst, with items ready within 1-3 business days from ordering. A notification your item is ready to be collected will be sent to you once order is ready.

Local Courier (Sydney Metro) - $18
Local Pickup (Darlinghurst) - Free
International shipping is charged at a flat fee of $35 and will be sent via Australia Post.
Estimated time of delivery is between 3-10 business days.
Casa Catinella bears no responsibility for any buyers custom, duties, tax and / or clearance fees. Please be aware of your countries tax and import regulations prior to purchase.
